Drugs and Driving
In England and Wales this body of work forms a very clearly-defined product with limited scope for drug analysis on limited volume samples. A targeted approach is therefore required to obtain best evidence and value for money. A good knowledge of the MG DD paperwork is essential. An awareness of case law, the Section 5a prescribed limit offence and potential problems is also essential preparation for court appearances.
This course can be offered in addition to the drugs and alcohol modules or as a larger all-in one course.
