Expert Witness

Mike was a mentor on many expert witnesses for more than 10 years for a wide range of forensic disciplines as well as a group of Home Office pathologists.

As part of this he coached and supported trainees through the courses and assisted in preparation for court exercises.

Lectures will cover:

• Courts
• Procedures
• Etiquette/behaviours
• Role of the expert witness
• Dealing with cross-examination

The course will include workshops and exercises and the final stage will employ trained barristers. Constructive feedback will be proved throughout to course participants.
